Evergreen Yoga Studios, proudly announces the launch of the renewed 300-hour yoga teacher training program, certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT), which will start in February 2026 and will be completed in early July 2026.

 

The training lasts 6 months, and is structured in such a way that all participants will complete all the seminars without delay, touching on a wide range of topics and cultivating in the candidates a deeper connection with the knowledge of yoga.

 

The revised semester structure and content of the teacher leads to a deeper knowledge and understanding of the Teaching, Practicing and the role of Teacher.

 

The training offers a comprehensive, mature and solid knowledge around the philosophy and practice of yoga, providing its participants with an education rich in both experience and knowledge.

 

The modules of the course are divided into one 7-day immersion at our community's ashram "The Evergreen Project", Workshops at the Athens studio and Mentorship, with one of our head teachers.

- Meditation & Pranayama
- Yoga Sutras
- Bhagavad Gita
- The teacher as a role and process

 

Workshops, in Athens, 60 hours
 

- Theming (8 hours)

- Advanced anatomy (10 hours) 

- Yoga Asana with Props (8 hours)

- Voice & Language in Yoga Teaching (8 hours)

- Intermediate Alignments & Adjustments (8 hours)
- Handstands (8 hours)
- Sequencing (10 hours)

 

Mentorship, 117 hours

- 10 adjustments (15 hours)

- 2 feedback classes (3 hours)
- 5 follow-ups (8 hours)

- 3 session adjustments with the mentor and feedback (5 hours)
- Final thesis-style project – an integration of wisdom teachings and personal embodied exploration (60 hours)
- Mentorship thematic sessions (6 hours)
- Karma yoga (20 hours)

 

Personal Practice, 50 hours

- 20 hours self-practice 

- 30 hours participation in live or online classes at Evergreen Yoga Studios

* Participants are encouraged to attend at least one weekly class with Panos Katsandris, preferably on Mondays.

* To support the completion of the required hours, we offer two months of complimentary unlimited practice at Evergreen Yoga Studios.
