Yoga Teacher Training 300hrs

Yoga Mentorship:
Personal Teaching guidance by Panos Katsandris

The 300-Hour Teacher Training Program at Evergreen Yoga Studios offers a comprehensive, mature, and cohesive foundation in the philosophy, practice, and teaching of yoga, providing participants with an education that deeply touches and cultivates the role of the teacher — not only as a process and position but also on a personal level.

As part of the 300-hour Teacher Training Program, Evergreen Yoga Studios and Panos Katsandris offer a dedicated Teacher Mentorship module — a 6-month period of continuous personal connection, guidance, and shared journey with Panos, aimed at the growth and flourishing of each individual teacher.

The Mentorship module is structured around 8 distinct categories that together form a complete and well-rounded guidance experience, encouraging deeper practice and high-quality development for the teacher. The focus of this mentorship is personal, not entrepreneurial. By identifying and nurturing each teacher’s unique qualities — beginning with their practice and teaching — participants will have the opportunity to walk alongside Panos, exploring, assessing, and developing the characteristics needed to truly embody and deepen their role as a teacher.

The Mentorship module includes the following categories:

  • Alignments & Adjustments: Hands-on practice in 3 private sessions with Panos focused on alignment and physical adjustments.

  • Practice Development: Includes unlimited class access during the 6-month mentorship period to support personal growth through consistent practice.

  • Assisting: Trainees will take on the role of assistant in live classes at the studio.

  • Teaching Practice: Supervised teaching opportunities for trainees, with ongoing feedback and progress review.
