Embodied Chakra Vinyasa | 70h Teacher Training

A 70-hour training program dedicated to embodied experience, the energetic understanding of the chakras, and Vinyasa as a living, mindful flow.

​

This training is an invitation to deepen your practice and to cultivate a way of teaching that begins with sensation, breath, and presence—not from form, but from lived experience.

​

Through embodied Chakra Vinyasa practices, energetic anatomy, theory, and chakra-based sequencing, Emiliana will share:

​

• movement and teaching from the inside out

• creative sequences based on the chakras and intention

• guidance with clarity and sensitivity

• integration of chakra philosophy into practice​

​

The Embodied Chakra Vinyasa 70h is intended for:
yoga teachers who wish to evolve their teaching, practitioners seeking deeper understanding and connection, therapists who work with movement, and anyone working with the body and awareness.

​

The training will take place over 3 weekends (02–03/05/26, 16–17/05/26 & 06–07/06/26) at the Nea Ionia studio.

 

Saturdays: 13:30–20:30
Sundays: 10:00–17:00
