Complete Thai Massage Training 45h

5 Days of Learning, Grounding & Inner Stillness in Nature’s Embrace
"Touching a person’s body is like touching their inner world, their distant origins, their entire being. If your heart and attention are not channeled through your hands, even ten thousand techniques will be useless."
— Tesshu Yamaoka
Evergreen Yoga Studios are delighted to announce the launch of an immersive Thai Massage training program — a holistic experience for both beginners and wellness professionals, hosted within the natural embrace of the Evergreen Project eco-community.
This is a complete, hands-on training, based on the authentic tradition of Thailand — a healing
practice shaped by the ancient influences of India, China, Buddhism, and local folk medicine, with a history spanning over 2,500 years.
Participants will learn how to safely and mindfully offer this traditional therapy, which includes:
• Deep pressure along the body's energy lines (Sen)
• Massage techniques using palms, thumbs, forearms, elbows, knees and the entire body
• Passive yoga-inspired stretches
More than just techniques, this is a holistic journey of physical, emotional and spiritual connection. Participants will both receive and offer sessions, exploring the art of healing touch — a practice that soothes stress, revitalizes energy and nurtures a deeper connection between body, mind and spirit.
A unique aspect of this training is its setting: Evergreen Project, a sanctuary nestled in nature’s heart. Surrounded by trees, wild herbs and the gentle touch of the forest, this serene environment offers the ideal backdrop for aligning with life’s natural rhythm and the art of mindful touch.
Each day will begin with Yoga and meditation, and close with grounding practices (Yin Yoga, thermal baths), allowing the sounds of the leaves and the earth’s energy to accompany not only your learning, but your inner stillness, relaxation, and sense of harmony.
